glad to hear it got fixed. cross posting is a good way to update all of your contact in one fell swoop. i personally use it to update several of my social networks from my blog

Just an FYI: I believe they've updated LJ-XP so it works with 2.5.1 now. Yay!

@lomara Yeah crossposting was a big deal to me also I spent some time researching when the livejournal crossposting stopped happening.
