Pretty soon hopefully, I have to purchase the rights to the Domain and then take the time to design the page, which will be very basic.

Use a CMS or blogging platform of some sort - I'm very wordpress biased but whatever works for you. If you want to play around with wordpress let me know. You can also get domain names fairly cheap - also I own spoilershorts.com which was going to be a review site but Ghoulishcharm and Xie bailed on me with that one since we couldn't decide on a format that stuck with the original concept - so if you want to write a pre-existing blog we could set you up with that also.
